Upon an initial consultation with your business, we discuss the needs and requirements of your business in regards to your website. Our system is based on a modular system, so if you simply wish to display a few items at first, and later wish to have these items available for sale on the site, we can simply upgrade your site to take advantage of our e-commerce sections, without the need to re-enter all your information. This provides your business with an avenue to slowly become active on the internet to 'test the waters' before committing huge amounts of money and resources.

We design a layout scheme based on our initial consultation and your company's current identity and appearance. We also use this process to define a menu structure and style for your website.
Upon completion of this stage - your website is ready to have all available information added to it, and any images etc. as required. From this point the website is further refined until everyone is happy with the website.

Website Maintenance

Maintaining your website is also important, as obvious outdated information is a real deterrent to any visitor viewing your website. With our package, you have complete control over changing and updating this information. You may also choose to have us update your site information simply by calling or emailing us with the relevant information, and we will make the required changes for you (charged an hourly rate, or a pre-quoted cost - or may even part of your Support Plan).

We try to perform an "Website Audit" on each of our sites at yearly intervals. What this entails is an in-depth look at the site as a whole. We go over the structure, the visual appeal of the site and the information contained within. From this we then consider options to make the site better in these areas. As the internet is an ever evolving entity, things that were once costly to implement, or impossible, become available, and we use these new enhancements in technology to bring your site up to the present. Upon completion of our audit, your business will be presented with a report outlining our findings, our suggestions for enhancements and a complete quote based on these findings.
